Book Week 2023

St Matthew’s celebrated Book Week from Tuesday 22 August. The highlight of the week was a fabulous book character dress-up day. Congratulations to all of this year’s winners.

Year 1 Assembly

Our gorgeous Year One’s entertained us with a wonderful walk through the decades on Friday 25 August. Their dancing was sublime!

Fathers’ Night at Kindy

We hope our dads, mums and visitors had a great Father’s Day celebration at Kindy last Wednesday night.

It was so exciting to bring Dad to Kindy at nighttime! We painted Dad’s hands, made lolly kebabs,  and constructed them with wood. The highlight of the evening was when our dads helped reenact a story and made our little people fly!! We also sang some lovely songs and presented Dad with a medal for being a Super Dad. It was a fabulous night.

Thank you, Dad😊
